30-Day Returns & Refunds
You may request a return of an eligible product within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to supplier-specific restrictions and applicable law.
Before returning an item, contact cs@1800led.com with your order number, item details, reason for return, and photographs where appropriate. Wait for written return authorization and shipping instructions. Do not send products to our Round Rock location without authorization.
For discretionary returns, items generally must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original packaging. Special-order, custom, installed, modified, or final-sale products may be ineligible where permitted by law. Customers may be responsible for return freight and supplier restocking fees; any applicable fee will be disclosed before return authorization.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly for review and available remedies. Once an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. This policy does not limit rights protected by law.
